Born Pretty Store Products Review

Hello there!  I took a break from my blog due to my lack of time right now, but I have a Born Pretty Store product review that I'd like to share with you today.  These products include a stamping plate, nail studs, and loose diamond-shaped glitter!  Read on for more pics and info!

Starting with the stamping plate, I was sent Born Pretty Store large stamping plate BP-L 003 for review.  This 12.5x6.5 cm plate has 15 full size images with a great mix of designs.  I didn't measure the images, but I typically use XL plates since I have bigger nails, and these designs completely covered my nail from edge to edge, top to bottom with no problems.  I did not have to stretch the images at all.  The plate also comes with protective plastic backing so there are no sharp edges to worry about while stamping!

Here's a closer look at the plate images.  You can see that there is a fantastic variety of designs here, and you could do a lot with advanced stamping too!  I just did regular stamping in this review, but the possibilities are endless!  You can also see the blue film that covers the plate and protects it from damage.  Make sure you peel that off before using the plate, otherwise you won't get any of the image to pick up.  To pair with this plate, I used my Creative Shop stamper and MPolish polishes from her new Winter 2015 collection!

For my first look, I used the floral image from BP-L 003 plate and three studs from the BPS store  (studs link here).  As you can see, I had no issues with picking up a full image from this plate and placing it on my nails.  No patchiness, no bald spots.  To place my studs, I used a quick dry topcoat and applied them when the topcoat was tacky, then sealed them in with another coat of quick dry topcoat.

I didn't mean to stamp my pinky finger, so the studs are kind of hidden and have polish over top, whoops.  But the stud on my ring finger is designed to look like that, and it is so fun!

For my next look, I used the firework-looking image to stamp and some BPS diamond-shaped loose glitter (loose glitter link here) for glitter placement.  Again, no issues with this image picking up, and no problems with placement!  I used the same technique as above for my glitter placement, using quick dry topcoat and then sealing it in with another coat.  Perfect!

Here's another middle-of-the-plate image with beautiful coverage.  I am completely impressed with this stamping plate!
