MPolish Fresh Perspective Over Bear Pawlish

I have recently realized I have very few "Spring" colors among my indie collection.  I've been looking forward to Spring for awhile (fun fact: it's my favorite season!), so I felt the need to put something Spring-y on my nails.  Read on for more info about the combo I chose!

Bear Pawlish It's A Tiny Shoe stamped with MPolish Fresh Perspective

Have you heard of Bear Pawlish?  It's a newer indie, maybe a little over a year old.  I heard of this polish through some of my nail friends and I couldn't be happier about it.  I have a few Bears, and I'd really like to keep collecting more.  Bear Pawlish polishes are so beautiful that I can't even explain it. You just have to see them for yourself.

Mpolish is a press sample.  All other polishes purchased by me.
I was not compensated for this review.  All opinions are my own.

Meanwhile, I have a few swatches for you of a Bear Pawlish as well as some nail art.  I'm a bit sleepy right now, so I'll try to keep this short.

This is It's A Tiny Shoe by Bear Pawlish.  This is a stunning turquoise/jade blue polish with a linear holo effect.  It also contains green/blue micro glitter.  The combo is breathtaking.

Bear Pawlish It's A Tiny Shoe, two coats no topcoat

If there's one thing Tennessee, the maker of Bear Pawlish, does well it's holos.  I think that's part of the draw to her brand.  Every Bear that I own is just riveting, be it holos, multi chromes, glitters, everything!

This was two easy, smooth coats topped with a coat of KBShimmer Clearly On Top quick dry topcoat.  I used It's A Tiny Shoe over a coat of Qtica Natural Nail Growth Stimulator and one coat OPI Nail Envy.  I had zero staining issues with It's A Tiny Shoe.

Check out the micro glitter, it's so pretty!!

I've seen several of my friends pairing bold blues/teals with MPolish Fresh Perspective, so I figured I'd jump on the bandwagon.  What.  A.  Pair!!

I used my Uber Chic Beauty plate 1-01 for stamping, and MPolish Fresh Perspective from the newest collection, which is available now in single full sized bottles in limited quantities on her website.

Even Cindy was looking pretty good!  ;-)

This was a welcome mani after a humongous fail on the night that I did these.  It was so late, and I almost gave up completely.  I'm so glad I didn't, and that I chose this combo at the last minute.

Sunlight Shot!  Bear Pawlish It's A Tiny Shoe and MPolish Fresh Perspective

A little bit about MPolish if you haven't seen any of my previous posts.  MPolish is a new indie stamping polish that is five-free, cruelty-free, and made in the USA.  The color selection of MPolish is fantastic and the polish is so worth every penny.  Since they are five-free (and have almost no scent to them, by the way!), you need to work a little faster than with standard stamping polish since it tends to dry a little quicker.  But seriously, they are amazing and can also be used in other techniques besides just stamping, such as water marbling or even as a base polish (although they are thick since they are intended for stamping).

How do you recoup from a failed mani?  Do you have a tried and true that you fall back on?  Or do you skip nail art and just stick to a single polish mani?

  1. When I have a fail I usually just go for a single polist manicure. I try to do a holo or a polish with something interesting about it. :0) This is a very nice combination!
