So Where is My Crown...?!?

Hello and good day!  I have a very fun polish to share with you today!  This is She's A Beauty Queen by Lollipop Posse Lacquer.  Read on for more pics and info!

Lollipop Posse Lacquer She's A Beauty Queen

I entered a giveaway on Lollipop Posse Lacquer's Facebook page.  I rarely win anything, but I thought I'd give it a shot.  Her polishes looked beautiful!  So I did and I won!!  I was thrilled, so much that I took to dancing around my kitchen.  I got "You otay, Mommy?"  Yes, my dear son, I'm wonderful!
Lollipop Posse Lacquer was a prize.  All other polishes purchased by me.
I was not compensated for this review.  All opinions are my own.

So I was not expecting just how beautiful this polish was when it showed up on my doorstep.  First, Lollipop Posse Lacquer has some adorable packaging!  My son promptly stole my sticker and wore it on his shirt the rest of the night.  But that polish!  Woah!  She's a Beauty Queen deserves to be crowned!  ;-)

Cute packaging!!

I actually loved it so much that I just had to put it on my nails the night I got it.  It has just taken me some time to get back in the groove of blogging.

I will tell you I had the hardest time trying to capture the full beauty of this polish on camera.  I seriously took a billion pics of this over the course of three days, trying to capture the essence of this polish, and unfortunately I think I failed.  She's A Beauty Queen is too gorgeous for photos!

Two coats of She's A Beauty Queen, no topcoat

I started out with my typical base of Qtica Natural Nail Growth Stimulator and one coat of OPI Nail Envy.  I was skeptical about my plan for She's A Beauty Queen since the first coat was so sheer!  I thought maybe I should have used an undie until I got to the second coat and it was perfect.  I tend to use thicker coats, so it may not be opaque on you in two coats, but three will do the trick.

This polish is best described as lavender and gold shifty flakies in a lilac jelly base, and filled with various shades of purple holo microglitter.  It is amazing when it catches the light!  I had no trouble applying She's A Beauty Queen.  It didn't flood my cuticles and self-leveled pretty well.  It's mildly textured but topcoat smooths it out.  It dries quickly and has a shiny finish.

I chose to stamp over She's A Beauty Queen with an open image so it didn't cover it too much.  I selected an image from Uber Chic Beauty plate 1-03 and stamped with Sinful Colors Black on Black.  I topped everything with another coat of KBShimmer Clearly on Top quick dry topcoat.

And here's the best pic I could get to capture some of that holo sparkle sprinkled throughout She's A Beauty Queen.
